Απαράδεκτο!! Μας έβαλαν σε δωμάτιο που δεν υπάρχει καν στις φωτογραφίες, παλιό και πολύ άσχημο! Μύριζε τσιγάρο όλο το διαμέρισμα , Μέσα στα συρτάρια είχε υπολείμματα φαγητών από άλλους επισκέπτες! Μετά από παράπονα δεν ασχολήθηκαν καν, η απάντηση τους ήταν «μια νύχτα είναι θα περάσει!» !!! Τραγικοί. Δεν αξίζει τα χρήματα με τίποτα. Μην εμπιστεύεστε τις φωτογραφίες μπορεί να καταλήξετε σε αυτό το δωμάτιο! Δεν το προτείνω , με τόσα χρήματα υπάρχουν πιο αξιοπρεπή στην περιοχή που ότι σου δείχνουν στις φωτογραφίες σου το δίνουν κ καλύτερο προσωπικό.. απαράδεκτοι !

We stayed at Hotel Olivia in Athens during our honeymoon trip, and unfortunately our experience was quite disappointing overall. Location: The hotel is located in a very quiet area, which can be nice if you prefer less noise. However, I personally would recommend staying closer to the city center instead. The surrounding area felt quite poor and dirty, especially at night, and we honestly did not feel very comfortable walking around there. The condition of the neighborhood also matched the general impression we later had of the hotel itself. Service: The service was probably the biggest disappointment during our stay. We arrived at around 8 PM, and there was nobody at the reception desk anymore. The hotel entrance can only be accessed with a door code, but we never received that code by email as promised. Nobody answered our phone calls either, so we were stuck outside the hotel with our luggage for around 35 minutes before somebody finally arrived and helped us get inside. During our entire stay, there was almost never anyone at reception to talk to or ask questions. Communication in general was extremely poor. Since this trip was part of our honeymoon, we kindly asked several times — both by email beforehand and again in person — if it would be possible to get a room with a double bed instead of two separate single beds. Even though other rooms seemed to be available, our request was repeatedly rejected without much effort to help us or make the stay feel special in any way. We simply felt ignored most of the time. Breakfast: Breakfast is brought to your room, which initially sounded nice. However, on the first morning, we were completely forgotten despite having paid for breakfast. Nobody came, and we had to ask about it ourselves later. The breakfast itself was also very basic and disappointing. For two people, we only received one bread roll each with jam — no cheese, no cold cuts, no variety at all. The orange juice tasted extremely sour and very artificial. If you are looking forward to a good breakfast during your stay, I would honestly recommend eating somewhere else. Room: We booked this trip through MyDays, so we were not able to choose the room ourselves. Unfortunately, the room quality was far below expectations. The beds were extremely uncomfortable — you could literally feel the metal springs through the mattress. Cleanliness was also an issue. The bedding did not feel properly clean, and the windows and surrounding areas looked neglected and dirty. Overall, the hotel did not feel welcoming, clean, or comfortable, especially for a honeymoon stay. Sadly, we would not choose this hotel again.

Hotel was very good. Staff was realy friendly and helpful. Receptionist told us very good things about closest locations and short info how to get there, realy good worker. Number was clean and had many things ( little kitchen, stove , TV with many functions ), best thing was very fast internet.

Location so close to the centre of Athens - a stone drop to metro - however you can easily walk to syntagma square! Cleanliness / very attentive staff

As a world traveler who’s stayed in hostels all over the world, this was BY FAR THE WORST EXPERIENCE. Extremely rude staff, unhygienic room full of cockroaches (inside and outside). Inedible breakfast. Quite noisy at night and felt unsafe in the neighbourhood after 22:00. Avoid at all costs MIGHT AS WELL HAVE SLEPT ON THE STREET. No staff on duty after 20:00. Overall horrible experience, ruined my whole trip.

Μείναμε 3 μέρες και πραγματικά περάσαμε υπέροχα! Μοντέρνα πεντακάθαρα δωμάτια λειτουργικά με εξαιρετική διακόσμηση Επίσης η ευγενια και η εξυπηρέτηση του προσωπικού είναι από τα βασικά στοιχεία που έκαναν τη διαμονή μας άνετη και απολαυστική!

Ότι πιο βρώμικο κ αποπνικτικό δωμάτιο!!! Το δωμάτιο μύριζε κλεισούρα. 90 ευρώ για ένα δωμάτιο 2*2 κ χωρίς ένα παράθυρο!!! Τα σεντονια

Had a great stay with the room having everything we needed for our stay in Athens. The staff were friendly and very accomodating. Room was spacious and had great air conditioning. Would definitely recommend as value for money.
